The Early Years Alliance offers a comprehensive, secure payslip service for pre‑schools, full daycare nurseries, childminders, out of school clubs and other community groups.
Our payslip service is available for Alliance members, at a discounted rate, and available to non-members at the full rate and includes:

- Electronic and secure data transfer
- Real time information
- Tax and NI contributions calculated
- How and when to pay HMRC and how much to pay them
- Calculations of statutory payments such as maternity and sick pay
- Advice on all aspects of payroll
- Productions of relevant forms such as P45s
- Calculation of student loan repayments
- Pension management and payments
- Up to date information on legislative changes
- The option for us to calculate annualized pay and holiday pay.
